These terms apply to your use of snuvly.com and to any purchase you make from Snuvly Brands LLC (“Snuvly”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order or confirm it by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
• You must provide accurate, complete information when ordering.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you confirm you are allowed to use the payment method.
• Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and can be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship within the United States only. Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Product information

We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colours may look different on your screen and measurements may vary slightly. Product information may change without notice.

Warranty

We do not offer a warranty on our products, other than any rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

Using the site

• Do not misuse the site, try to break or probe its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
• All content on the site, including the Snuvly name, logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided “as is”, and Snuvly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
